According to clinical psychologist Ilya Mikheev, New Year can be alarming due to uncertainty, which worries about the inability to manage or control it. He recommends that on New Year’s Eve, to cheer you up and feel protected, be in the company of relatives or like-minded people with whom you can get through difficult times.
In turn, psychologist Yekaterina Dobronravova said that many people in recent years have been living with the feeling of lack of ground under their feet. According to her, about 90% of people believe that external events have a total impact on their inner world. To stay calm, everyone is encouraged to find inner support and learn how to build personal boundaries.
