1. Do difficult work in the morning

If you expect to have free time to check your emails in the evening, don’t do it in the office, where you can finish more important things.
8. Eliminate unnecessary tasks
Think about how much you’re doing just because you kind of have to or couldn’t say no in time. You go on Sunday morning to help a colleague buy a closet, go to a cupcake workshop, help your friend choose wallpapers, and agree to organize a Friday party at the office. If you don’t enjoy the job, think about whether you really should do it? Or is the world not going to change if you say no?
9. Don’t cook every day
If you cook every night, you’re taking away more than just an hour or a couple of hours that you spend directly cooking. During the day, you keep your brain busy thinking about what to cook. And sometimes you stop by the store to buy groceries.
On weekends, you can cook food for almost a week and freeze it. Even healthy breakfasts can be prepared five working days in advance, making your morning preparations for work more relaxed.
10. Make time for sports
The fact that you don’t have time for sports is an excuse. There is never an extra hour unless you specifically allocate it. Take some time to at least walk five or six kilometers a day. It only takes an hour, and you’ll start thinking much better. If you can stretch your lunch break, take a walk or go to the gym at this time to get rid of afternoon sleepiness.
11. Do all your travel activities in one go
It is better to do all the traveling activities planned for the week at a time. Let’s say you need to buy groceries, go to a service to check the car, and visit your grandmother. Take a day off when you do all this. In total, you will spend less time than if you split these cases into several days.
12. Don’t fall into myths about multitasking

But if you pack your bag to the gym the day before, iron your clothes the next day, cook dinner and put it in the refrigerator in a container, then in the morning there will be much less fuss. By the way, you will also insure yourself against all sorts of troubles. For example, you won’t find 15 minutes before you leave home that your shirt is stained, but you don’t have a fresh one.
15. Turn off screens
The light of the TV, smartphone, laptop screen prevents the production of melatonin. So it’s a very bad idea to read or watch something at night on your phone or fall asleep with the TV on. The quality of sleep will deteriorate, and in the morning you will wake up overwhelmed, think hard and spend more time on simple tasks. Put your gadgets aside and meditate better at night.
