Delicious tea for long walks: four recipes for a warming drink

If you want to take a long walk to the park or forest during the holidays, bring along a thermos of tea.

Sea buckthorn tea

Ingredients:

Sea buckthorn (fresh or frozen) — 150 g

Lemon (orange) — 1 piece

Boiled water — 600 ml

Honey — 2 tbsp

Cooking process:

Sort the sea buckthorn, wash it in a colander and let the water drain.

We turn it into a puree using a blender or potato grinder. If you use a frozen berry, it is better to pour a small amount of boiling water over it to make it easier to knead the sea buckthorn.

Put the sea buckthorn puree in a teapot, add the lemon (orange) slices and add hot water. Insist and add honey!

Citrus tea

Ingredients:

Orange — 1 piece

Apple — 1 piece

Lemon — 0.5 pieces

Black tea — 2 tsp

Honey — 2 tbsp

Cinnamon – 1 tsp.

Fresh mint — a few branches

Cooking process:

Cut the orange into rings and then divide each ring into 4 parts.

Cut the apple into slices.

Divide the lemon into 2 parts and squeeze the juice from each into a teapot.

Put the ingredients in a teapot, add honey and add cinnamon or mint.

Add the tea leaves and add hot water.

Stir well and let it steep for 15 minutes.

Tea for good immunity

Ingredients:

Cinnamon stick — 0.5 pieces

Star anise — 2 pieces

Ginger root — 20 g

Lemon — 0.5 pieces.

Mint sprig

Cooking process:

Grate a small ginger root, add cinnamon, star anise, lemon and a sprig of mint.

Pour hot water (not boiling water) over everything and let it stand for 20 minutes. You can add a spoonful of honey.

Ginger tea

Ingredients:

Ginger root — 50 g

Orange — 200 g

Lemon — 60 g

Honey — 50 g

Fresh mint leaves — 5 pieces

Cooking process:

We start making tea by squeezing out orange juice, which is then poured into the teapot together with the pulp.

Add the juice of half a lemon to the same place. In this case, it is better to throw away the pulp – it can add unwanted bitterness.

Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater. You need to make sure that the juice that is released from the ginger when rubbed falls into the kettle. Tear off the leaves from the mint branches, tear them and add them to the juice.

Fill the finished mixture with hot water. Since honey loses its beneficial properties at high temperatures, let it sit for a minute for the water to mix with cold juice and the tea begins to cool down. After that, add honey and leave the tea to brew.

You can drink hot tea in 10-15 minutes.
