Chef Sidorkin told how to store fruits properly

During the New Year holidays, many people stock up on fruits and vegetables so that they can go shopping less often on vacation days. Chef Denis Sidorkin gave advice on long-term storage of fruits.

The expert explained that it is not necessary to keep pineapple, bananas and avocados in the refrigerator. It is better to store them at room temperature in a dark place in a box or in a nightstand. Berries and grapes should be stored in the refrigerator.

When storing fruits in the refrigerator, you need to wrap them in plastic bags, otherwise they will dry out.

Apples, oranges, tangerines, kiwi can be stored on the windowsill.
